Everything is taken care of to the smallest detail, starting from the wooden furnishings and finishing with the tableware to create an environment where the customer can feel at home. During the summer, it is possible to eat outside, in a space sheltered by the canopy, to enjoy the beauty of the location thoroughly. Our goal is to satisfy the customer, making him savour the smells and flavours of the typical cuisine of our area. The trattoria serves typical traditional dishes, preferring rustic appetizers with local cheeses and cured meats, wild vegetables from the Madonie Park cooked with ancient recipes and soups with local legumes, such as chickpeas, macco di fave, lentils and beans.
