About Us
A Gourmet L'Accademia, a restaurant in a noble palace from the early 1900s, overlooks the "most beautiful kilometre in Italy". Inside the three rooms, where sea and land dishes are offered, whose protagonists are the products of the Calabrian territory, Gourmet dishes are served between the sea of Scilla and Cariddi and the magical Aspromonte. Chef Filippo Cogliandro creates gastronomic journeys with the raw materials of his territory. Smells and flavours of Calabria, a generous and uncontaminated land. A reinterpretation of the area's traditional cuisine, with flavours that recall tastes of other times.
