About Us
La Rondinella was born about 30 years ago from the passion of mother Anna for cooking and father Ciriaco for peasant life. A project made up of simple cuisine and gastronomic tradition to bring to guests' tables to revive the tastes and flavours of a past that seems very distant. Grandma's kitchen with ingredients that pass directly from the land to the table. Under a ten-year-old bougainvillaea is what is now the "pop" tavern. A rustic and welcoming room where Giovanni and Francesca accompany guests on a journey through flavours that recall their grandmother's dishes and preparations that combine the quality and locality of the raw material with all the inspiration of chef Antonio.
