In an atmosphere of an old inn of the past, you can appreciate today the ancient flavours of yesterday and today. The Kamastra restaurant was born in July 1995 from the happy intuition of Enzo Filardi, lawyer and composer, for the pleasure of Arbëresh (Italian-Albanian) ethnic music. The gastronomic proposal, closely linked to the territory and strictly faithful to the local natural resources, becomes the leitmotif for the rediscovery of the Arbëresh culinary traditions, according to a well-defined path which, over time, tends to combine the ancient flavours of the Calabrian land and the world peasant, with Balkan influences handed down through the preservation of the ethnic origins of the Country of the Eagles.
