The S'assapora restaurant is located near the main entrance of the Sassi of Matera, in an intimate and welcoming place where taste and quality are combined to offer traditional dishes, from sea and land, with an unforgettable flavour, inspired by the Matera tradition and slightly revised. The Chef pays attention and, with a pinch of imagination, manages to reconcile the typical cuisine of Matera with modern cuisine, maintaining a line that is not too elaborate, using local products, using the best and freshest raw materials.
